Some parallel importers, used-car dealers and motorcycle retailers are still delivering vehicles - treading a grey area between pandemic measures and legislative loopholes.

Checks by The Straits Times reveal that while authorised vehicle dealers have largely been adhering to rules set by the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) regarding the cessation of non-essential businesses during the circuit breaker period, others may be finding ways around the regulations.
