Coronavirus pandemic highlights need to move offices closer to homes

Most Singaporeans have never spent so much time in their homes as they have in the past two months, when everyone hunkered down to stem community transmission of the coronavirus.

Dining tables turned into makeshift offices while grocery runs, limited to within the immediate neighbourhood, were kept brief.
