Charity group offers scholarship to give second chance to those who have been through tough times

SINGAPORE - The Catholic Welfare Services (CWS) is offering a unique scholarship to help those who have faced adversity in their lives pursue a second shot at education.

The Emmanuel Second Chance Education Programme comes with no bond, no age limit for applicants and no restrictions on the course of study, and beneficiaries will be paired with a mentor or counsellor to help them make the most of their efforts to better themselves.
