Yale-bound Sneha smashes studies and squash after a stressful 2019 season

SINGAPORE - National squash player Sneha Sivakumar had an unusual soundtrack for her workout sessions last year, as the 18-year-old would recite biology concepts or economics essay answers while doing squats and planks at home.

She made these adjustments to her training regimen in a stressful year which saw her sitting for her GCE A-levels and preparing for the Nov 30-Dec 11 SEA Games in the Philippines. She also reduced her training sessions from 12 to four times a week.
