It's time Asian athletes started speaking out

Years have passed but the athlete - let's call the person "M" - hasn't forgotten the distressing image. Of a swimmer, sitting in a changing room, alone and miserable. Maybe it was just a bad day or maybe it was part of the mental health issues which some athletes struggle with.

But do we talk about it openly enough? Shouldn't we?
