A month after the Indian government blocked 59 Chinese apps, including the wildly popular TikTok, users in India have taken to other apps from China that have emerged as popular alternatives to those that were banned.
These include Zili, a video-sharing app from China's Xiaomi, which has established itself as one of the top three alternatives to TikTok, the home-grown Roposo and the US-based Dubsmash.
