480 employers tap grant for offering part-time work, career planning to senior workers

SINGAPORE – Mr Ho Siu Wa has been working as a design engineer for more than three decades, and hopes to continue into his old age.

The 62-year-old, who designs equipment and automation solutions, has the added benefit of being able to work from home and run errands on weekdays, thanks to the flexibility offered by his employer, high-tech engineering solutions company Tritan AMS.
