SEATTLE – One might presume that office leasing would be immune to the transformative effects of artificial intelligence (AI), but Mr David Snyder, chief executive of Keppel Pacific Oak US Reit (Kore), suggests otherwise. 

Kore is a US office real estate investment trust (Reit) listed on the Singapore stock exchange. The Reit invests in commercial properties in key growth markets in the United States.
