SINGAPORE – The Covid-19 pandemic cast a spotlight on mental health and well-being at the workplace, and companies looking to prioritise employee welfare are increasingly recognising that mental health and physical health are perhaps not so different from each other.

Beyond gym memberships and dental check-ups, some staff benefits offered by employers in Singapore include life coaching services, self-care apps and corporate insurance coverage for mental health.
