SINGAPORE - The US dollar is on a roll, and for now there seems to be nothing that can stop it from crushing other currencies.

For the United States Federal Reserve, a stronger currency is just fine, as it helps lower the domestic price of imported goods and complements the central bank's goal to quell inflation that is running at its fastest pace in about four decades.
