SINGAPORE – The once-thriving blockchain and crypto industry has experienced a slight rebound in recent months following the implosion of some of its biggest players such as stablecoin TerraUSD (UST) and cryptocurrency exchange FTX in the later stages of 2022.

However, private funding for crypto start-ups has dried up, falling to its lowest level since 2020.
