SINGAPORE – In the thick of the pandemic, chef Willin Low, known for his Wild Rocket brand and for championing food of the region, got an offer he could not refuse.

Yaegaki, a sake brewery in Japan’s Hyogo prefecture looking to enter the Singapore market, asked him to do a collaboration.
