SINGAPORE - There were some who smoked up to 100 sticks of cigarettes a day, while a few were as young as 12.
These are among the 109 new patients that the smoking cessation programme run by the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS) at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) has registered since its launch in April 2017.
