ST News Night: S'pore professional gamers banned for match-fixing

Several professional gamers here have been banned for match-fixing and betting against their own team in a regional tournament held last year. It is the first known case of e-sports match-fixing in Singapore.

Also tonight, welcome news for travellers to Singapore. From 11.59pm on Wednesday, those arriving from high-risk countries or regions will serve a shorter stay-home notice of 14 days instead of 21 days. They must self-administer an antigen rapid test on the third, seventh and eleventh day after arriving.
