It has been more than 10 years since I started lobbying for a more level playing field for local professionals, managers and executives (PMEs).

Back in 2011, I received intense feedback from this group that nationality discrimination was prevalent in certain sectors. These included financial services, ICT (information and communications technology), and professional services.
