SINGAPORE - A four-point agreement inked at the historic summit between United States President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was quickly criticised for lacking substance and concrete steps on resolving the North Korean denuclearisation issue.
But some analysts and Singaporeans say that the $20 million spent by the Singapore Government as well as the efforts expended in hosting the summit have been worthwhile, as the Republic has reaped various benefits from the event.
