SINGAPORE - Ms Wendy Tan has lived in Tanglin Halt for all 53 years of her life.

She is now counting down to the day she will leave her three-room Housing Board flat for a new four-room unit at SkyOasis @ Dawson, about 2km from her old home, at the end of next month.
