Starter kit for Singapore families looking to foster children

SINGAPORE - To help families be better prepared before fostering, the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) has launched a fostering starter kit.

This is part of efforts to encourage more people to foster, as there are still children who do not have the benefit of growing up in a positive family environment and would benefit from one, Parliamentary Secretary for Social and Family Development Eric Chua told The Straits Times.
