TEL AVIV - There used to be one issue on which both Democrats and Republicans demonstrated concord - support for Israel.

Last Friday (Aug 9), a delegation of United States Republican congressmen arrived in Israel for a week-long tour, just as a group of 41 of their Democrat counterparts were about to finish their week-long sojourn here.
